Please briefly describe your lifestyle? (Do you have children or pets. Do you like to entertain?)

Any handicapped people in home? If yes please describe.

List and describe items you currently own and would want to include in the space. Include: Size, color, finish. Include photos if possible.

Describe architectural details of the home (i.e.: door style, hardware, molding, flooring type, ceiling and wall texture and color) Include photos if possible.

List each room with desired function (i.e.: entertaining, home office)
